Class 1: The Calling and Obedience
Every ministry begins with a calling. God does not seek perfect people, but hearts willing to obey. The calling of Abraham, Moses, and the prophets was no different from ours: a divine voice inviting us to leave comfort behind and move forward by faith.
Base Reading:
Genesis 12:1–4 — “Now the Lord had said to Abram: Get out of your country, from your family… and I will make you a great nation.”
Reflection:
Obedience is the key that opens the doors to purpose. Many are called, but few respond with total surrender. The secret lies in trusting that God has already prepared the way, even if we cannot see it yet.
Practical Application:
Today, reflect on the calling that God has placed in your heart. What is He asking you to leave behind? Pray for the courage to obey without delay.
